We accept bank transfers, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cash payments. For larger services, we can discuss payment arrangements. All invoices are provided with a detailed breakdown of parts and labor.
Yes. We accept insurance jobs from all major Latvian and Baltic insurers — including BTA, Balta, If, Gjensidige, Compensa, ERGO and Seesam — and we can coordinate the claim, paperwork and direct billing with your insurer. Bring the claim number and your case manager's contact when you visit and we will handle the rest.

We use genuine Tesla parts and OEM-grade alternatives, follow Tesla service procedures, and provide a professional warranty on all bodywork — but if your insurance or warranty specifically requires a Tesla-approved facility, please confirm with your insurer first.
