When your Tesla needs urgent attention, OX Works provides rapid response emergency service. Whether it’s a sudden breakdown, warning light, flat tire, or charging failure, our team prioritizes emergency cases to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. We coordinate towing services and offer same-day emergency appointments during business hours.
Emergency service covers situations that prevent safe driving: complete breakdowns, critical warning lights, sudden loss of power, brake system warnings, suspension failures, and charging system failures.
Our workshop operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. During business hours, we accept emergency walk-ins and same-day appointments. For after-hours emergencies, call us and we’ll do our best to arrange assistance.
We don’t operate a mobile service unit, but we can coordinate flatbed towing to our workshop and provide phone guidance while you wait.
During business hours, we typically accommodate emergency cases within 2–4 hours of your call, often sooner. We maintain flexible scheduling for urgent situations.
There is a €49 priority surcharge for same-day emergency scheduling. The actual repair costs remain the same as standard pricing. We always provide a clear estimate before beginning any work.
