Volkswagen EV Service in Riga

One workshop for every Volkswagen electric car: VW ID.3, ID.4, ID.5 and ID. Buzz.

Every MEB-platform EV under one roof

Volkswagen electric cars share the MEB platform with the rest of the VW Group — and they share its quirks. ID. software glitches, 12V drain, heat-pump valves sticking in winter, the rear pulse-inverter recall scope, and the long dealer waits to fix any of it. We've seen all of them, and we get them out of the way fast.

Why bring your Volkswagen EV to OX Works

Volkswagen EV service FAQ

Do you really specialise in Volkswagen electric cars?

Yes. We service VW ID.3, ID.4, ID.5 and ID. Buzz every week — including ID. software diagnostics, heat-pump issues, 12V drain, recall actions and routine maintenance. Same workshop, real EV technicians, transparent pricing.

Can you reflash the ID. software?

Yes. We diagnose ID. infotainment, charging-control and BMS software issues, and reflash to a known-good version where appropriate. We never push a beta release onto your car.

Do you check open recalls before service?

Always. At every visit we check for open recall and service-action campaigns on your VIN — including the rear pulse-inverter (PWR) campaign that affects many MEB models — and tell you the right route to resolve them.

Will my heat pump survive a Riga winter?

It will if it's been serviced. Stuck heat-pump valves are a known MEB issue. A pre-winter inspection takes about an hour and stops you driving home in the cold in March.

Does independent service void my Volkswagen warranty?

No. EU Block Exemption rules protect your warranty as long as service is documented and uses OEM-equivalent parts. We document every job.
